Sickboyz in Holland Big-twin show

well we did it...we went to the big-twin show in holland and traded our clothing and biltwell helmets, we had a really cool time and loads of people were looking at XXXL and Bob's Shovel, shame we never managed top 10 but there was some very cool bikes there.

Bigtwin Show Rosmalen

Sickboyz Customs will be off to the Bigtwin bike show in Rosmalen in Holland from 3rd to 6th November, we will be showing both Bob's Shovel and XXXL in the show and we will be also trading in the main custom hall, Sickboyz will have our new range of MA2 Jackets, our new Red kap work jackets and red kap work shirts, all will be embroidered with the sickboyz skull and spanners logo, pictures of the new stuff will be posted as soon as we have stock, which should be early next week.

XXXL makes it to Brightona 2011

after a manic few days before brightona XXXL made it almost finished to Brightona 2011, we had a great day there and pulled in some big crowds round both XXXL and Bob's Shovel, XXXL has now been road tested and the customers came to the workshop yesterday to ride this one off custom.

Sturgis Ride

well well well, having the worry of trying to get a customer to agree a build that we can take to sturgis for them is pressure, we need to have 6 months to build this bike, we think its going to be a special bike and will eclipse anything that we have built before.........after a few months of negotiation and a period of relative quietness, all of us at sickboyz thought the sturgis trip was just going to be a dream.

well yesterday was a very good day in sickboyz, we met with the guys that are going to supply us our complete drivetrain and it looks like its on, our money man is in so all looks good, i have been promised the engine by mid october and we can then start to build the frame, the bike will be fully SVA and legal and will be nostalgia central with the usual sickboyz twists.

too much to do

havent managed to blog here for ages, been so busy in the workshop and attempting to build sickboyz into more of a business, we will be building almost 5 bikes in total this year since moving into the new workshop and a change of personel, since Stig has been with Sickboyz he has managed to take us where we have never been before, with his background in custom cars and his custom painting skills Sickboyz look set to be around for a long time, Stig is an old skool grafter, he believe as i do, hard work and long hours dont hurt you.
